Privacy Policy

Offline Funhouse is a collection of offline games made by Passive Income Nomad ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your data in the Offline Funhouse app for iPhone and Android and on the web at offline-funhouse.pages.dev.
The short version
- No account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your scores and settings stay on your device.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob between rounds. Google may collect some device data to show and measure those ads (details below). Buying "Remove ads" turns ads off for good.
- The web version has no ads, no analytics and no tracking.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't receive any of the data Google's ad service collects about you.
Data stored on your device
Best scores, your chosen mode and difficulty, sound on/off and whether you bought Remove ads are saved in the app's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us. Deleting the app (or clearing its data or your browser's site data) deletes them.
Ads in the app (Google AdMob)
The iPhone and Android apps use Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC, to show full-screen ads between rounds. We never show ads during play, and ads only load when your device is online. To serve, personalize (where allowed), measure and protect ads against fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect:
- Device identifiers, such as the advertising ID (Android) or the IDFA (iPhone, only if you allow tracking when the app asks)
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- App interactions with ads, such as views and taps
- Diagnostics, such as crash and performance data from the ad SDK
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google's Privacy Policy.
Your choices
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and US states with privacy laws): the app shows Google's consent form before any ads load. You can change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy choices.
- iPhone tracking: the app asks for permission to track. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not shared and ads are not personalized with it. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
- No ads at all: buy "Remove ads" once in Settings. The app then stops loading ads.
Purchases
The one-time "Remove ads" purchase is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your card or payment details. The app only learns whether you own Remove ads, and remembers that on your device.
Children
Offline Funhouse is a general-audience game for ages 13 and up. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Ads are limited to content rated PG or lower.
Web version
offline-funhouse.pages.dev is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It has no ads, cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect it against abuse; see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. After the first visit, the games run offline from your browser's cache.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
